The hotel is a bit challenging to find, but once inside, you'll discover a convenient restaurant onsite. The room I stayed in felt a bit stuffy like being in a hot attic, yet surprisingly, I got upgraded to a king-size whirlpool suite for free, which was a nice surprise.
I found the hotel to be in a convenient location and praised the friendly staff. Although the room was in good condition and had a useful window view of the parking lot, the damp environment was a bit concerning. The service was generally positive, but a minor inconvenience occurred when the staff interrupted us for towels. The location was close to Spring Green and a short drive to the Dells area, making it convenient for exploring. The dining options, especially the continental breakfast, left much to be desired. However, the hotel offered some good value for money despite some drawbacks.
